Research seminar: Care Ethics and the Body

The Care Ethics Group of the University of Humanistic Studies organises a meeting of the Graduate School Research Network (before: CCC) on Care Ethics and the body. Special guest is professor Maurice Hamington.

This is the second of a series of sessions on Care Ethics & the Body, a project of the Care Ethics Group of the University of Humanistic Studies in close collaboration with our visiting professor Helen Kohlen.

This January, we are very pleased to also welcome Prof. dr. Maurice Hamington from Portland, University of Oregon in the USA. Professor Hamington is a professor of Philosophy and Executive Director and he will speak with us about A Performative Theory of Care. Below and attached you find an outline of his contribution.
