Incluusion
Incluusion offers newcomers the opportunity to participate for free in all kinds of courses. The project is aimed at students with refugee backgrounds who are currently 'on hold' in emergency shelters, refugee centers or in their new houses.
Incluusion was founded in 2016 by Utrecht University. Since then, more than 900 refugee students have participated in courses at Utrecht University, the Utrecht Summer School and the University for Humanistic Studies.
Incluusion also set up a traineeship programme for refugees receiving benefits. The traineeship enables them to gain work experience and build a professional network in the Netherlands.
