This study contributes to the Rotterdam Factorenmodel by conducting a systematic literature search on the factor 'Social relationships'.
Description
The aim of the literature search is to provide insight into the influence of the 'Social Relationships' factor on other factors that affect people's opportunities, safety and health at different life stages, as well as the risk factors and protective or reinforcing factors in this area.
The following questions were formulated for the study:
- What factors affect the social relationships domain (and/or social support, connectedness, cohesion)? In this regard, what are risk, protective and reinforcing factors?
- What factors of social relationships (and/or social support, connectedness, cohesion) influence other factors important for a promising, safe and healthy life in different stages of life? In this regard, what are risk, protective and reinforcing factors?
