Collaboration

The University of Humanistic Studies would like to cooperate in education and research. With scientists, professionals, individuals, organisations, government institutions and companies. In this way we share our knowledge and skills and we work on new practice-oriented science.

Applied research

We seek to contribute to practical improvements that foster meaningful living in a just society. Our research is pursued together with various stakeholders. Part of our research is commissioned by third parties. For example, by a company, the government, healthcare institutions or not-for-profit organisations.

Collaboration with other universities

At the academic level, we collaborate in all kinds of national and international research projects and organisations. The University of Humanistic Studies is looking for cooperation with other universities and institutions of higher education.

Collaboration UvH and HKU

On 5 June 2023, HKU (University of the Arts Utrecht) and UvH (University for Humanistic Studies) signed a covenant (2023-2030).  The collaboration is named Meaningful Artistic Research: artistic research as a binding focus.

International collaboration and mobility

Internationalisation is one of the spearheads of policy for the coming years. The University of Humanistic Studies wants to strengthen its international collaboration in the field of education and research and increase the incoming and outgoing mobility of staff and students.
