High scores once again in the National Students’ Survey

This survey is an annual large-scale study among students regarding their perception of the quality of study programmes at institutes of higher education. Students indicate their opinion on a 5-point scale, where 1 means ‘very dissatisfied’ and 5 means ‘very satisfied’. A wide range of themes is addressed, from the assessment of lecturers to the facilities in the building.
Students at the University of Humanistic Studies assign their study programme an overall score of 4.23. The general atmosphere is awarded a 4.6, and a clear majority of students would recommend the study programme to friends, family or colleagues. Themes such as programme content, general skills, lecturers and group size also receive above-average scores.
Rector Gerty Lensvelt-Mulders is pleased with the result. “Every time in the past years, the scores are above average on a number of important themes. I’m very proud of that, and students: thank you for your appreciation!”
According to the results of the National Students’ Survey, students at the University of Humanistic Studies are very satisfied with their study programme. For 12 out of 17 themes they awarded significantly higher scores than the national average for all universities. The general atmosphere is appreciated with a score of 4.6 on a 5-point scale.
