We will give you general information about the study, you will attend a mini-college and can talk to bachelor students and our study advisor, and you will get an impression of what it is like to study in Utrecht.

The bachelor's degree in humanistic studies: a unique study

Then the University for Humanistic Studies in Utrecht is the right place for you.

Here you research people and the questions of our time. You explore how we give meaning and purpose to life, and how we can build a society where everyone is fulfilled. You will combine disciplines such as philosophy, sociology, history and psychology. During practical courses you will pay a lot of attention to your personal development and develop all kinds of skills to be able to guide people. You will acquire people skills that you can later use, for example, in education, healthcare or business. You can take a minor at another university, even abroad. Most of our graduates find a suitable job within a year.
