Profile

My research interests include environmental and climate justice, environmental political theory, degrowth, and the rights of nature. My PhD project focuses on multispecies justice as a novel way of studying climate justice. Its emphasis so far has been on the ontological perspectives on nature and society underlying this approach, as well as on its possible linkages to degrowth and humanism. I am currently writing on the meaning of the key term ‘relationality’ in multispecies justice. I am supervised by Prof. Christoph Henning and Dr. Adrienne de Ruiter.
