The coordinator in the picture: examining moral distress among coordinators in volunteer palliative care

The aim of the project is to gain insight into the difficult moral situations that coordinators in voluntary palliative care face and their support needs in this regard, as part of the ongoing quality improvement of palliative care.

This is a mixed methods study involving a questionnaire survey and qualitative interviews. The findings will be used to develop a practical tool or method for coordinators.
