Coordinating good care together: learning in and from changing practices
- Period: May 2022 – May 2023
- Status: completed
The research project involves a multi-year collaboration between healthcare organisation Prisma and the University of Humanistic Studies.
Description
The core activity in 2021-2022 was the “Learning Community ODC”, or LC for short. This Learning Community is embedded in the development within Prisma of a new Child & Family Centre, in which Prisma is developing not only a new building, but also a new form of care. This care aims to be cross-domain and guided by the themes of “Meeting and Connecting” and “Family-centred working”.
In addition, the LC is embedded in research conducted by researchers at the University of Humanistic Studies. This research is based on the research line “Care Ethics and Theories of Motherhood and Moral Labs”, from which previous and future activities were developed, and which also forms the basis for the guidance of the LC.
