Eric van den Bergh works as learning manager for the UvH Academy providing education for professionals. He is an experienced consultant, trainer and coach who focuses on leadership and team development in public organizations. His focus is on the intersection of personal leadership and the task of the organization. He believes that social and organizational ambitions require strong personal leadership, based on depth and authenticity, and he enjoys helping students take meaningful and developing steps in this.
