Governance

The day-to-day management of the University of Humanistic Studies is in the hands of the Executive Board. The Supervisory Board is the supervisory body of the University of Humanistic Studies.

Executive Board

The Executive Board is the highest governance body and consists of the rector and a second member. They are appointed by the Board of Supervisors.

Members are:

  • Second member: Paul Logtens

Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board is the supervisory body of the University of Humanistic Studies . The Supervisory Board approves the strategic plan, the annual report and the financial statements. The Executive Board keeps the Board informed of the most important developments within the university. Members:

• Prof. Lodi Nauta (acting chair of the Supervisory Board and member of the remuneration committee)
• Anton Biemans RC (chair of the audit committee)
• Calluna Euving MBA (member of the audit committee, focus area ICT and Facilities)
• Drs. Mareanne Karssen (acting vice-chair of the Supervisory Board, chair of the remuneration committee, focus area: educational affairs
